Analog/Film Photography

Analog Photography is a journey of self discovery, it is my first love. I love the anticipation and the careful planning of each shot. It feels like home, reminding me of my 11 year old self with my very first camera.

Art Galleries/Theatre/Music

I'm very fortunate to be part of the team at the Te Uru Waitakere Contemporary Gallery and Upstairs Art Gallery in Titirangi. It gives me a chance to meet likeminded people and be a part of a creative local community.

I also have always enjoyed live music; it plays a significant part in my life alongside photography... it is a real pleasure to go to music events and witness passionate people create something wonderful together. I find my passion for photography combined with my love for live music very therapeutic for the soul.

And with my dad being involved in theatre it gave me an opportunity to witness all the hard work, talent and time that goes in to creating a play. Theatre photography gives me an opportunity to be closer to the local community. I always feel privileged when I'm invited behind the scenes to capture all that hard work in action because I feel in some way, a part of it.
